Entering the platform

  • Your IT responsible must have added a first Administrator account directly on the database. This account can give access to all other administrators.

Login

Login to the Web Dashboard:

  • Choose SSO Login (or just Login) if you are using your institution SSO authentication.

  • Choose Admin Login if you are using E-mail + password (credentials provided by your IT team).

  • If you are using SSO you will be redirected to the SSO login page for authenticating then redirected back to the dashboard.

Managing members

Use this to add other Administrators, Developers or Coaches/Facilitators.

  • Login to the Web Dashboard (see instructions above);

  • Navigate to Organization > Members;

  • Press +Add and add a member with their institution e-mail (SSO).

Changing the role of a member

  • On the Web Dashboard head to ‘Organization’, under the Members tab simply change the member’s role on the corresponding column.

Deleting a member

  • Under Members, inside ‘Organization’, press on the ‘Delete’ button. Confirm the popup to delete the member

Billing

Check current billing status

  • Head to the Dashboard, under Organization > Billing You can see your current license as well as the status of the usage so far:
